Let me get straight to the point. Persona.ly is currently going out of its way to scam its users....
How so? Let me explain.
If you complete an offer at persona.ly, and it immediately approves you will have no problem. You'll be happy go lucky without any care in the world. The issues are not apparent at all.
The real cracks start to show and bite you in the shins when an offer doesn't approve. What can you do then? Just contact persona.ly with a support ticket right?
Wrong.
"Persona.ly" will personally delete any of your support tickets ASAP--especially if you dish out your receipts, spill the tea, and show them the proof that you either paid or completed an offer.
At first, I thought this was a mistake, and went on their facebook page to contact them about the issue, and guess what happened?
My comment magically disappeared just like all the support tickets. Poof!!!
I guess they want to get away with scamming and try to delete any evidence that this issue is happening, but no worries I bring you screenshots of their own forum.

Any links Persona.ly sends you for your support tickets will give this error:
As if it never existed, and when you log in it will show that you never had a support ticket opened in the first place. Before the two above occur you will realize that they will never respond to you.
If you use websites such as Swagbucks, InstaGC, Mintvine, Earnably, Prizerebel, etc... please be super careful if completing an offer (especially if it requires payment) from this offer wall scam called "Persona.ly" and if you know anyone who does please spread the word. I have also tweeted about this so that others do not get scammed by this offer wall who thinks they're slick and sneaky.

I contacted InstaGC.com about this issue when this post went up. They shrugged, and ignored it. So if in the future this whole thing blows up do not give InstaGC the benefit of the doubt. They know what's happening, and are letting it slide. They're still letting users use the Persona.ly offer wall as if they frankly don't care. I even provided the screenshots.
InstaGC is not innocent. They know what Persona.ly is doing scam wise, and they are letting it go. They basically approve of the scam as long as they get their coins or else they would have removed this offer wall, and let Persona.ly die a slow penniless death without stealing user coins.

Persona are dodgy as hell. They don't even have support personel anymore, I'm pretty certain they are just bots who cut and paste an automated response and close your ticket, even when you have undeniable proof.
ReplyDeleteI don't even get credited for successful completions that are credited from they third party survey sites, as persona don't forward the rewards, but keep it themselves. I have proof of all of this, and Persona just deleted my account when i showed them.
There has got to be some way to report them, as nothing they do now is even legal.
